Monthly Local Cuts Club

Our Local Cuts Club is a selection of Michigan-raised and Michigan-butchered meats curated by our committed staff. It’s an easy and convenient way to eat more locally grown meat within your busy schedule.

At Argus, we work closely and directly with small, local farmers we know and trust. Through these relationships, we are able to ensure that you receive only the highest quality, humanely raised meats in every box. 

Once a month, you’ll be provided with an array of seasonally appropriate meats. Think brats and burger patties for grilling in the summertime, roasts and stew meat for warming up in winter. Staples like ground beef and pork will be regularly included as well.

The Local Cuts Club pairs beautifully with our Weekly Produce Box to provide you with an abundance of local ingredients for fresh, delicious meals. 

Like our in-store shopping experience and produce boxes, the Local Cuts Club works on a consignment model for our farmers. That means that the farmers receive 70% of the price of the box! This way we can ensure that our small local farms continue to thrive.
