These geese will be processed 10 days before Christmas. So, while they are very fresh, they will be frozen. Weight will range between 7 and 11lbs.

We are a small family-owned/operated farm that produces all-natural, high-quality meat and egg products for local customers, available on a weekly delivery route or at Farmer Markets.
