A note from the farm... We are a small family-owned/operated farm that produces all-natural, high-quality meat and egg products for local customers, available on a weekly delivery route or at Farmer Markets. More about the Turkey... This turkey breed was developed by crossing Hollands and Broad Breasted Bronze turkeys. The resulting bird grew larger and with more breast meat. It is now the most popular turkey breed. (https://morningchores.com/broad-breasted-white-turkeys/)

A note about Size....While we do our best to get you the exact size and turkey that you want, the birds are still growing so their size is a best guess. The size of this years birds can largely depend on the weather, on a cold year birds will spend more resources staying warm, a warm year that same energy is spent growing.
